termination pay
can someone help me how to calculate this matter::::: i i have 9 months balance on my contract our company terminate me w/o any valid reason....my contract is 2 yrs. with q salary of 150BD.....Pls..help me to this matter thanks !!!

your question wass not clear...
I you are talking about your indemnity pay, then you may not be entitled to any, since you have not comleted 3 years of service.
