Looking for a job as Accountant/Office Admin / Cashier

With 9 year GCC experience. ( 7 years in sharjah)

Having Valid Uae Driving License.

Here in Visit Visa.

Duties done as below:

Maintain all Accounting Voucher Entry / Day to day activities..
Manage Vendor accounts, generating weekly on demand Cheques.
Collecting, maintaining monthly Invoices for payments.
Maintained accounting files (Purchase/Journal/Cash).
Maintain Bank Reconciliation.
Worked with Purchase/ Administrative duties.
Post and maintain Purchasing documents in the database and LPO making.
Creating Excel related work sheet, summarizing all mandatory details of candidates.
Coordinate with monthly Payroll functions for employees.
Post and maintain documents in the database.
Arranging employees air tickets for vacation.
Makes sure the candidates are mobilized as per Uae Labour Law and coordinating with the PRO for Medical, Emirates ID Card, Visa Stamping and Work Permit.
Employee Relations: Coordinating with site Admin for Employees Annual Leave, Leave Settlement and Booking Air Tickets accordingly.
